Website re-launched!

Finally, I am happy to announce that this website is updated and really useable. Many thanks to Daniel Murphy of Cypress Creative. Now I have a “shop” page where you can submit to that impulse to buy any print you like. Think about it, letterpress was the cutting edge technology of the 15th Century. We printers have always, and will always be on the edge in one way or another.

Still, this 21st Century technology seems like a difficult fit for my work, but there it is. I’ll make my compromises with these modern times. In the spirit of “the best is the enemy of the good” I took the photos myself with my phone, so if it looks a little wonky, blame it on me. I hope this whets your appetite for the sensual experience of having the real thing right in front of you.

But really I’d rather be back on press. So here we go. Thanks for visiting. I’ll be posting regularly and doing the Facebook/Instagram (fitzpress) thing too. Look for updates and new work and keep in touch. Now I’m going back on press and get some ink flowing.
